If you’re looking to learn martial arts, our MMA training program is a great way to get started. Hi, my name is Jorge, I’m a Mixed Martial Arts instructor who can teach you everything you need to know about boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, and more.

Paladin MMA Academy offers a free transportation offer to our facility. A van will pick your child after school and the kid will be able to attend classes without any parent disruptions.

Our programs offer the children the chance to have fun and feel comforted and excited by learning.

Our special program for women the best total body fitness training in a safe women-only environment. Our classes are safe and for every age and fitness level.

From the moment you get started you will keep your heart racing with repetitions, movements and cardiovascular exercises. Our goal is to keep you and your body healthy, full of energy and motivated by the classes. These classes will help you lose weight, stay toned and also learn to defend yourself.

we mix HIIT with a focus on learning basic moves and combinations.  HIIT will improve your endurance and strength, MMA training will have you looking leaner and more toned. A proper diet is crucial, however, MMA will give you the drive to push yourself harder, making it easier to stay on track with your diet.

Mixed Martial Arts training can help you lose weight while learning something new and enjoying a social environment.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) combines techniques from kickboxing, wrestling, judo, jujitsu, karate, Muay Thai (Thai boxing).  MMA classes are fun, social and are a great way to get fit and lose weight. MMA training will introduce you to both cardiovascular exercises as well as anaerobic training and will make you more toned and defined as well as increase your stamina. MMA training will have you burning fat up to 3 times more than regular cardio for 40 minutes at a time. MMA training will also give you greater endurance and the ability to burn fat. MMA training is an intense jaw-dropping workout.

Do I need to be fit already?

We admit all the levels and tailor the training to each one’s specific needs.  MMA is not just for MMA fighters alone. MMA training can be modified to suit any fitness level, all you need is that passion to get in shape and learn the techniques.

Will I get hurt?

MMA is a very controlled and technical sport. MMA training will teach you how to move and use your body correctly. It also does not require high impact as it can be modified to suit any fitness level.

What equipment do I need?

You do not need MMA gloves to start MMA training, however MMA classes are more fun with any gloves. MMA gloves will also help you progress faster as they allow for better grip. Amazon has plenty of options, find some here.

Do you offer women-only classes?

Yes, we do. We created a special program for women that mixes HIIT and personal defense. MMA training for women has been growing in popularity in the last few years because it can help women gain strength and confidence while teaching them some self-defense moves. Even if MMA fighting is a male-dominated sport, MMA training does not have to be geared towards men only. MMA training can offer women a good workout while increasing their muscle tone and conditioning.
